Objectives of the Project

• The ultimate aim of the project is to raise community awareness on the issue of gender equality, specifically addressing the very common problem of women’s difficulty in balancing work and private life. CoachingHer will promote women’s empowerment through customised coaching programmes for leadership and entrepreneurship skills enhancement. Its specific objectives are:
• Facilitate the acquisition of life skills for gender inclusion, such as time management, multitasking, and leadership
• Support the individual and professional development of women/mothers who wish to pursue a professional career
• Create a female coaching network at the European level, encouraging the exchange of experiences and best practices.

Expected Main Results

CoachingHer will create a training programme and a personalised coaching pathway, which together with the creation of a support network, will allows women to acquire professional skills by developing leadership, time management and multitasking skills.

The project will create a methodology useful for adult education staff, especially those working with the female population for their upskilling and reskilling, which will be supported by a network of women coaches created in the project framework, that can develop even after the project has been completed to become a point of reference for an ever-increasing number of women who share the needs and hopes of the project.etc.)

• Website with all information and experiences from the project
• Networking between coaches and participants
• Final return event with participants and partner leaders
• Over 2,000 people who have been aware of the project and entered into contact with project and partners (including, social media views and interactions, participants, trainers and coaches, attendees to the events, etc.).

Project Activities

The distribution of activities and outputs is briefly given below:

• Project Management and Coordination Project management activities include coordinating project activities, monitoring the project budget, monitoring results and communicating with the National Agency, as well as networking with key stakeholders.
• Training Programme: From M2 to M7, project partners will collaboratively design, prepare, and deliver a 20-hour face-to-face co-designed training programme focused on empowerment, awareness, and personal leadership—by defining objectives (M2–M4), selecting trainers and participants (M4–M5), and implementing active learning sessions across partner countries (M6–M7).
• Coaching Sessions: From M6 to M11, partners will select and brief coaches, deliver group and individual empowerment-focused coaching sessions to participants in each country, and conclude with a transnational online meeting where participants from Italy and Germany share experiences and strengthen a cross-border coaching network.

Upscaling and Dissemination: From M1 to M15, partners will implement communication and dissemination activities through dedicated websites and social media, create a European female coaching community, organise local networking events to share results, and hold a final in-person event in Campi Salentina to celebrate outcomes and participant experiences
