Objectives of the Project

1. Promoting the integration of Microcredentials in Qualification Frameworks: gathering and sharing best practices, including technical requirements and
   quality standards, aimed at integrating formal recognition of competence-based microcredentials within VET systems and
2. Facilitating Recognition and Transferability: Create mechanisms to assess, validate, and ensure cross-border transferability and recognition of microcredentials within the renewable energy sector.
3. Supporting Skill Development for the Green Transition: Design stackable, specialized, and innovative micro-credential programs for upskilling and reskilling in the green and digital transition based on sectoral needs analysis.
4. Ensuring Relevance and Collaboration: Implement systems to maintain the relevance of microcredentials and foster partnerships among educational institutions, industry stakeholders, and policymakers.

Expected Main Results

• Common European approach for micro-credentials in the renewable energy sector.
• Policy Framework proposal for the application of microcredentials at a National / sectoral Level
• Mechanisms within the renewable energy sector to assess and validate transferability and recognition of micro-credentials across borders within the renewable energy sector.
• Portfolio of Learning Pills for the Upskilling and Re-skilling of professions active in the renewable energy sector
• Specialized, innovative and targeted micro-credential programs for the green and digital transition within the renewable energy sector based on the results of mapping for upskilling and reskilling purposes.
• Digital and Green skills training offerings improvement plan, tailored to the renewable energy sector.
