Objectives of the Project

• To achieve higher capacity and efficiency in planning and implementing mobilities through the establishment of International Offices in VET Schools.
• To increase skills anticipation of VET staff, researchers, and trainers in management, R&D, and networking.
• To facilitate knowledge exchange programs from Albania to Kosovo.
• To establish a systemic and sustainable internationalization framework in Western Balkans for VET Institutions in line with European and International Standards.
• To create international opportunities for VET staff exchanges (inwards and outwards) at all levels, including administrative staff and faculty, aiming at quality and successful knowledge transfer to professional peers.
• To foster VET administrations’ capacity to offer updated training programs to their staff, focused on project management, R&D, internationalization, and networking, adapted to their specific needs and demands.
• To increase the international position in international ranking, improving the university’s positioning and attractiveness to foreign students.
• To increase the number of joint research and curriculum-building programs to enhance the overall quality of education through internationalization at home countries and abroad.

Expected Main Results

• Institutional Development: Creation of fully functional International Offices.
• Capacity Building: Trained VET staff equipped with project management and international networking skills.
• Stronger EU Collaboration: Increased cooperation between Western Balkan VET institutions and EU partners.
• Increased Mobility Opportunities: More student and staff exchanges between Albania, Kosovo, and EU countries.
